OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – An inaugural event — Supplier Diversity Reverse Expo — will be hosted by Johnson County Community College from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 1 in Regnier Center 101.

This free event has been designed for diverse businesses to browse booths and build opportunities with federal agencies, State of Kansas agencies, local Kansas county and municipal procurement departments, local educational institutions, local certification bodies and prime contractors. Exhibitors, agency representatives and large prime contractors also will get leads to add more diverse suppliers.

Businesses can network, learn about upcoming opportunities, market their companies’ products and services, and network with a variety of attendees.

Agenda:

9-10 a.m.               Exhibitor networking breakfast
10 a.m.-2 p.m.       Expo open to the public
